This is the way

"This is the way." He said pointing at the long deep valley ahead of us and he started down the slope before leaving us time to catch our breath. So now we know where we are going, or at least which way. What we shall find there I cannot tell but our guide seems to have a pretty good idea. Judging from his grim expression, I expect that the journey will not be the hardest part of this expedition and that once we reach our goal, what we will face there may make us all wish we had never set out to find it. But once the dreams started, there was no turning back for any of us.
